This website is run by Yerby Coaching ("we", "us", "our"), a personal training and nutrition coaching business run by Louise Yerby in Kilburn, London. What information we collect

• Details you give us: when you use our contact form, or email or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
• Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) to help us improve it.
• Technical data: like most websites, our host keeps basic server logs (such as IP address) to keep the site secure and running.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free call or sessions, because you have asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to you.
• To understand and improve how the site performs, only where you have given your consent (analytics cookies).
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests.

We will only send you marketing if you have specifically asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies:

• If you accept, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used.
• If you reject (or ignore the banner), no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so we don't keep asking.
• We self-host our fonts, so no information is shared with font providers.
• Our contact form is provided by GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies that are needed for the form to work when you use it.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the cookie banner back.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business and who act on our instructions:

• Our contact form and CRM (GoHighLevel), used to receive and manage your enquiry. This is set up and administered on our behalf by our web partner, AI Takes Axion.
• Google Analytics, but only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and helps secure the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and no longer than necessary after that. Analytics data is kept in line with Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to request a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page along with a new "last updated" date.
